Representing both landlords and tenants in disputes concerning residential and commercial leases.  That can include everything from helping the parties interpret the meaning of language in the lease, advising a party as to the rights and obligations of the landlord and tenant under the lease or under applicable law, and, where necessary, evictions and disputes about the return of security deposits.
